Alterative Medicine - Part II

Alternative Medicine is a wide term which covers wide range of healing methods that are not part of the conventional ways. These healing methods are not currently part of medical curriculum being taught in medical schools however, they have grown support from the people as they aim to improve their health condition, find treatment for existing sickness and to prevent possible diseases.

In alternative medicine, they use individualized approach to treat not just the symptoms but the wholeness of the person which includes the body, mind and spirit.

3. Innate ability

Alternative medicine is also based in the principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself.

4. Prevention

Alternative medicine is also widely practiced to protect the body and prevent possible illnesses.
